Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using TheRushBee.

Version 1.0 · Last updated: July 20, 2026

TheRushBee is operated by TheRushBee LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company registered in the United States under number 2026-001995114. Contact: soporte@therushbee.com.

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of TheRushBee (the "Platform") and the contract between you and TheRushBee LLC ("TheRushBee", "we", "us"). By using the Platform or confirming a sale, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. What we do

TheRushBee buys Counter-Strike 2 items (skins) from users and pays through the available payout methods, such as bank transfer or cryptocurrency. The Platform may be available internationally, except where the service, transaction, or payout is prohibited by law, applicable sanctions, or the terms of Steam and our providers. TheRushBee is an independent service and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Valve or Steam.

3. Account and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter into a contract, and hold a valid Steam account that can trade items. You are responsible for securing your accounts, reviewing each offer before accepting it, and keeping your email, Trade URL, and payout method up to date. We may perform reasonable checks to prevent fraud or meet legal obligations.

4. Ownership and accurate information

By creating a sale, you confirm that you lawfully own the items, are entitled to sell them, and that they do not result from fraud, theft, unauthorised access, or other unlawful activity. The information you provide must be accurate. You may not sell items subject to third-party rights or use another person's account, identity, or payout method without authorisation.

5. Pricing and payouts

Sale amounts are calculated using internal valuation criteria that may use market references supplied by third parties. TheRushBee does not display or itemise its margins, percentages, costs, or the other internal components of that valuation. Market data may be delayed or change. During the final 48 hours of the Trade Protection period, accepted items are repriced up or down using the available reference, and that result determines the final payout. The payout is processed when the period shown by Steam ends, approximately 7 days after the trade is accepted. Further processing time depends on the bank or cryptocurrency network and on the accuracy of your payout details.

6. Reversals and cancellations

If the trade offer has not yet been accepted, you must decline or cancel it directly through Steam, depending on the action Steam makes available to you. TheRushBee does not process manual cancellations through support. Once the trade is confirmed, the sale is in progress and TheRushBee cannot cancel it. While the items remain covered by Trade Protection, the only way to undo the trade is to initiate a Trade Revert through Steam. Under Steam's current rules, this reverses all protected trades from the previous 7 days, returns the items to their previous owners, and applies a 30-day trading and Community Market restriction to the account that initiates the reversal. A reversed sale does not create any entitlement to payment. Once protection expires, the trade can no longer be reversed. Fraud or abusive or repeated use may lead to restrictions or account suspension on TheRushBee.

7. Prohibited uses

You may not use the Platform to commit fraud, launder funds, evade sanctions, manipulate prices or systems, sell unlawfully obtained items, interfere with the service, impersonate another person, or breach the law or Steam's terms. We may reject or hold a sale while checks are performed, or disclose information to authorities where legally required.

8. Availability and liability

The Platform is provided subject to availability and depends on Steam, pricing sources, banks, blockchain networks, and other providers. We are not responsible for third-party interruptions or changes, errors in information you provide, or losses caused by insecure use of your account. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be limited or any mandatory rights available to you.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect legal, technical, or service changes. We will publish the new date and notify you by email or within the Platform if a change is material. Changes will not retroactively alter a confirmed sale unless required by law, security needs, or a Steam rule applicable to the trade.

10. Suspension and closure

We may reject sales or suspend or close an account where there are reasonable indications of fraud, risk to the Platform, a breach of these terms, or a lawful request. You may stop using the Platform and request account closure through support. Outstanding sales, payouts, investigations, or retention duties may be completed before final closure.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, and disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Wyoming, unless mandatory law allows you to use another court or gives you additional protection. Before starting a formal claim, both parties will try to resolve the matter in good faith through support.
