Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before using TheRushBee.

1. Introduction
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of TheRushBee ("the Platform"). By signing in and using the Platform you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. What we do
TheRushBee buys Counter-Strike 2 items (skins) from our users in exchange for a cash payment via bank transfer or cryptocurrency.
3. Account and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid Steam account to use the Platform. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for every action performed from it.

4. Pricing and payment
Prices are calculated based on the lowest live market price for each item at the moment of the sale, minus our service fee. The final amount is shown before you confirm the sale. Payment is released after the 8-day Steam Trade Protection window ends, via the payout method you have configured.
5. Reversals and cancellations
During the Trade Protection window either party can reverse the trade on Steam. A reversed trade cancels the sale and you will not receive a payment for it. Repeatedly reversing trades may result in restrictions on your account.
6. Prohibited uses
You agree not to use the Platform to commit fraud, sell items obtained through fraud or hacked accounts, bypass Steam's Terms of Service, or carry out any activity that is illegal under applicable law.
7. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for outages in Steam, Price Empire, or any other third party our service depends on, nor for losses caused by your own acts (lost credentials, leaked trade URL, etc.). The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If the changes are material, we will notify you via email or inside the Platform. Continued use of the service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we detect a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or at the request of a competent authority. You may stop using the Platform at any time; sales that are already in progress will be completed under the rules in force at the moment the sale was created.
10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
Applicable law and jurisdiction for any dispute arising from the use of the Platform will be specified in the definitive version of these Terms, pending legal review.
