How do I connect my Steam account?

Click 'Sign in with Steam' at the top right. We redirect you to Steam to authorize the connection — we never ask for your password. Once back, you're in and can browse your inventory.

My inventory shows empty or private

Accepted Answer

If your inventory is private or limited to friends, open your Steam privacy settings ( steamcommunity.com/my/edit/settings ) and set 'Inventory' to Public. Reload TheRushBee and your skins will appear.

Question 3

What is the Trade URL and where do I get it?

Accepted Answer

It's the unique link Steam generates so others can send you trade offers. You get it here: steamcommunity.com/my/tradeoffers/privacy . Copy the full URL and paste it into your TheRushBee profile.

Question 4

Do I need to verify my identity to sell?

Accepted Answer

We don't require identity verification to use the site. To pay you by bank transfer, our payment provider may require the account holder's ID document and date of birth, so you can save them when you add your payout method. They are optional: if you don't, we'll only ask on the day the bank actually requires them for a specific payout. To sell, you need an email address, your Trade URL and a valid payout method configured, as well as a public Steam inventory.

Question 5

Why does this skin show 'Unstable price'?

Accepted Answer

We show 'Unstable price' when an item doesn't have enough market activity for us to estimate a reliable price — usually low-liquidity skins or items with very little demand. While it stays like that we can't offer you a buy price for it. It's about the item itself, not your account.

Question 6

Steam asks me to wait 15 days (escrow)

Accepted Answer

Steam enforces a hold of up to 15 days when you sign in from a new device, change your password or disable the mobile Steam Guard. It's a Steam security measure, we can't bypass it. Enable Steam Guard from the mobile app and wait out the period; after that you can sell normally.

Question 7

I have a VAC ban, can I sell?

Accepted Answer

If your account has an active VAC ban, trade ban or community ban, Steam blocks outgoing trades. The block comes from Steam — not TheRushBee. The skins are still yours, but Steam won't allow trading them.

Question 8

Can I cancel a sale before accepting the trade?

Accepted Answer

Yes. While the offer is still pending in your Steam account you can decline it and the sale is cancelled automatically. Once you accept the trade, it enters the protection period and reversal rules apply.

Question 9

What is the automatic reprice?

Accepted Answer

48 hours before the payout is released, the prices of the items in your sale are automatically adjusted to the market price at that moment — they can go up or down. Skins fluctuate during the approximately 7-day protection window, and the reprice guarantees that the amount you receive reflects the real value of your items at payout time, not a week earlier.

How do I know if my sale was repriced?

Your sale moves to the "Repricing" state, visible in your trades. If your email is verified and email notifications are enabled, we send you an email with the full breakdown: previous price, new price and the difference for every item. You can also check the adjustment history in the sale detail at any time.

What if I don't agree with the reprice?

Accepted Answer

While the protection period lasts you can revert the trade from Steam. The sale is cancelled, no payment is generated and your items return to your inventory. That is the intended way to disagree with a reprice.

Are there penalties for abusing trade reverts?

Accepted Answer

An isolated reversal, whether it affects one or several trades, does not trigger an automatic permanent suspension on TheRushBee. However, abusive or repeated use may lead to temporary restrictions or permanent account suspension. Steam reverses every protected trade from the last 7 days and applies a 30-day trading and Community Market cooldown; review its official Trade Protection documentation .

What is the Trade Protection period?

Steam allows a trade to be reversed for approximately 7 days after it is accepted and shows the exact expiry time. To cover that window we keep the amount as pending balance; once it ends without incidents, we process the payment automatically.

Question 14

What does pending balance mean?

Accepted Answer

It's the money from sales still inside the Trade Protection period. It's not an error — we're just waiting for the expiry time shown by Steam. Once it passes, that sale's payment is on its way.

Question 15

How and when do I get paid?

There is nothing to request: once the protection period ends, we automatically process each sale's payment to its assigned payout method — SEPA bank transfer or crypto (USDT/USDC on the ERC-20 network). The sale moves to "Payment on the way" and completes when the payment goes out. Some payments can take a little longer than usual to arrive.

Can I change my payout method after selling?

Yes, but from the sale itself, not from your profile: open its detail in Trades and under "Payout method" press "Change method". It's only possible until you accept the trade on Steam — once accepted, the payout destination is locked for that sale. The default method in Profile → Payment methods is used to preselect it on new sales.

I'm not receiving the verification email

Accepted Answer

Check your spam folder and the Promotions tab if you use Gmail. If it still doesn't arrive, wait 60 seconds and click 'Resend code' in the verification dialog. If the issue persists, email us at soporte@therushbee.com with your Steam username.

Question 18

My account was suspended, why?

Accepted Answer

If you see an account-blocked screen on sign in, the reason appears right under the title (fraud attempt, platform abuse, suspicious activity, etc.). To appeal or ask for details, reply to soporte@therushbee.com from the email you registered with.

What happens if a trade gets reversed?

Accepted Answer

During the protection period a trade can still be reversed on Steam. If that happens we detect it automatically and the affected sales are voided — their pending balance disappears. You don't need to do anything in TheRushBee. An isolated reversal, whether it affects one or several trades, does not trigger an automatic permanent suspension; abusive or repeated use may lead to temporary restrictions or permanent suspension of your TheRushBee account. Steam reverses every protected trade from the last 7 days and applies a 30-day trading and Community Market cooldown; these consequences are the account holder's responsibility and are explained in Steam's official Trade Protection documentation .

Is it safe to share my Trade URL?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The Trade URL only lets another account send you an offer — never to take skins from your inventory without your approval. You have to accept the trade from your Steam account and confirm it through the mechanism requested by Steam, normally the mobile authenticator. Still, avoid posting it in public places.

How do I enter a giveaway?

Sign in with Steam and open the giveaway on the Giveaways page: its card shows the requirements and your status on each one. Each giveaway sets its own — a trade URL is usually required, since the prize is delivered via Steam trade, and some also ask for a verified email or Discord while others reward them with extra tickets. Once you meet the ones it asks for, hit “Enter”. Only one entry per person and giveaway is allowed.

How do I get more tickets?

Everyone enters with 10 base tickets. From there, each giveaway defines its extras: tasks you claim with a button on its page (verifying your email, linking Discord, joining our server), periodic tickets you can claim every so often if the giveaway offers them — the first one right after entering — and automatic tiered bonuses based on what you've sold on the site. Task bonuses only count while you keep meeting the condition: leave our Discord server and they pause until you come back. And even if a giveaway fills up, everyone already in can keep claiming tickets until draw day.

Why can't I enter a giveaway?

The usual reasons: you're missing a requirement (the page marks which one), the giveaway hasn't started yet, has already closed or filled up, or you're not part of its audience — some giveaways are open to everyone, others only to people who have already sold on the site, who have sold above a certain amount, or to the first registered accounts. You'll also see an error if your Discord account was already used to enter that giveaway from another Steam account: each person can only enter once.

When does the draw happen and how is the winner picked?

Every giveaway closes by date or by capacity, and its page always says which. At closing time the draw runs, weighted by tickets, among entrants who still meet the requirements at that moment — keep them until the end or you're out of the pool. A giveaway's rules cannot change after it's published: not the requirements, not the prizes, not the audience. The winner appears with their Steam name on the giveaway's page.

How is the giveaway proven fair?

With a provably fair system. When a giveaway is published we generate a secret seed and show its SHA-256 hash from the very first moment, before anyone enters. Once drawn, we publish the seed, the full ticket pool (without identities) and the exact verification recipe — all visible on the giveaway's page: anyone can check that the hash matches the seed and that the math lands exactly on the announced winner. Hand-picking a winner after the fact is simply impossible.

I won a giveaway — now what?

Accepted Answer

We notify you on the site and by email — you don't have to do anything yet. The prize is sent manually via Steam trade: make sure your Steam profile and inventory are public and your trade URL is valid. We'll notify you again when the offer goes out; check your pending trade offers and accept it. If we can't deliver your prize, the giveaway is redrawn among the remaining entrants.
