How do I connect my Steam account?

Click 'Sign in with Steam' at the top right. We redirect you to Steam to authorize the connection — we never ask for your password. Once back, you're in and can browse your inventory.

My inventory shows empty or private

Accepted Answer

Steam hides inventories by default. Open your Steam privacy settings ( steamcommunity.com/my/edit/settings ) and set 'Inventory' to Public. Reload TheRushBee and your skins will appear.

Question 3

What is the Trade URL and where do I get it?

Accepted Answer

It's the unique link Steam generates so others can send you trade offers. You get it here: steamcommunity.com/my/tradeoffers/privacy . Copy the full URL and paste it into your TheRushBee profile.

Question 4

Do I need to verify my identity to sell?

Accepted Answer

No. You only need your trade URL configured and your Steam inventory set to public. We don't ask for documents or verification.

Question 5

Why does this skin show 'Unstable price'?

Accepted Answer

We show 'Unstable price' when an item doesn't have enough market activity for us to estimate a reliable price — usually low-liquidity skins or items with very little demand. While it stays like that we can't offer you a buy price for it. It's about the item itself, not your account.

Steam asks me to wait 15 days (escrow)

Accepted Answer

Steam enforces a hold of up to 15 days when you sign in from a new device, change your password or disable the mobile Steam Guard. It's a Steam security measure, we can't bypass it. Enable Steam Guard from the mobile app and wait out the period; after that you can sell normally.

Question 7

I have a VAC ban, can I sell?

If your account has an active VAC ban, trade ban or community ban, Steam blocks outgoing trades. The block comes from Steam — not TheRushBee. The skins are still yours, but Steam won't allow trading them.

Question 8

Can I cancel a sale before accepting the trade?

Accepted Answer

Yes. While the offer is still pending in your Steam account you can decline it and the sale is cancelled automatically. Once you accept the trade, it enters the protection period and reversal rules apply.

Question 9

What is the 8-day protection period?

Accepted Answer

A trade can be reversed for a while after it's accepted. To cover that window we hold the amount for 8 days — the protection period. While it lasts the money shows as pending balance; once it ends without incidents it becomes available and you can withdraw it.

Question 10

What does pending balance mean?

Accepted Answer

It's the money from sales still inside the 8-day protection window. It's not an error — we're just waiting for Steam's reversal window to close. Once it does, it adds to your available balance.

Question 11

How and when do I get paid?

Accepted Answer

Once the protection period ends, your balance becomes available and you can request a payout by SEPA bank transfer or in crypto (USDT/USDC on the ERC-20 network). We confirm you when the payout is dispatched.

Question 12

Can I change my payout method after selling?

Accepted Answer

Yes. While the balance is pending or available, go to Profile → Payment methods and change your default destination. The change applies to the next payout you request.

I'm not receiving the verification email

Accepted Answer

Check your spam folder and the Promotions tab if you use Gmail. If it still doesn't arrive, wait 60 seconds and click 'Resend code' in the verification dialog. If the issue persists, email us at soporte@therushbee.com with your Steam username.

Question 14

My account was suspended, why?

Accepted Answer

If you see an account-blocked screen on sign in, the reason appears right under the title (fraud attempt, platform abuse, suspicious activity, etc.). To appeal or ask for details, reply to soporte@therushbee.com from the email you registered with.

Question 15

What happens if a trade gets reversed?

Accepted Answer

During the protection period a trade can still be reversed on Steam. If that happens we detect it automatically and the sale is voided — the pending balance from that sale disappears. You don't need to do anything in TheRushBee. Note that repeatedly reversing trades can lead to restrictions on your Steam account.

Question 16

Is it safe to share my Trade URL?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The Trade URL only lets another account send you an offer — never to take skins from your inventory without your approval. You always have to accept the trade from Steam and confirm it on mobile. Still, avoid posting it in public places.
