Cancellation and Payout Policy
When a sale is cancelled and how we handle payout disputes on TheRushBee.
Version 1.0 · Last updated: July 20, 2026
This policy forms part of the Terms of Service of TheRushBee LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company registered in the United States under number 2026-001995114. Contact: soporte@therushbee.com.
1. Nature of the service
TheRushBee buys Counter-Strike 2 items from users: you act as the seller and TheRushBee LLC as the buyer. You do not purchase anything from or pay TheRushBee, so there is no purchase refund in the usual sense. This policy governs cancellations, reversals, and disputes relating to the amount payable to you.
2. Cancelling a sale
TheRushBee does not process manual sale cancellations through support. If a trade offer has not yet been accepted, you must decline or cancel it directly through Steam, depending on the action Steam makes available to you. Once the trade is confirmed, the sale is in progress and cannot be cancelled by TheRushBee. While the items remain covered by Trade Protection, the only way to undo the trade is to initiate a Trade Revert through Steam. Under Steam's current rules, a reversal affects all protected trades from the previous 7 days, returns the items to their previous owners, and applies a 30-day trading and Community Market restriction to the account that initiates it. A reversed sale does not create any entitlement to payment. Once protection expires, the trade can no longer be reversed. Fraud or abusive or repeated use may result in restrictions on TheRushBee.
3. Payout disputes
You may raise a dispute if a sale is marked paid but the funds do not arrive, if payment is sent to a destination other than the one confirmed, or if the amount differs from the final amount produced by repricing. We will review the case and, where the error is attributable to TheRushBee, correct or reissue the payout where possible. We are not responsible for a payment correctly sent to inaccurate details you provided.
4. Amounts and external costs
The sale amount is calculated using internal valuation criteria that may use available market references. TheRushBee does not display or itemise its margins, percentages, costs, or the other internal components of that valuation. During the final 48 hours of the protection period, an upward or downward reprice takes place, so the final amount may differ from the initial amount. Pricing sources may be delayed. Exchange rates and bank, network, or payout-provider fees or delays outside TheRushBee's control are not part of the guaranteed amount.
5. What is not covered
A completed and paid sale is final, without limiting rights that cannot legally be excluded. We do not cover market fluctuations, Steam decisions or interruptions, later account or item restrictions, inaccurate payout details, external fees, or cancellations caused by false information, fraud, or a breach by the seller.
6. Dispute window
Report any issue as soon as possible and preferably within seven (7) calendar days after the sale is marked paid or the date on which the payout should have arrived. This period helps us investigate, but it does not remove mandatory rights or prevent review of a verifiable error where required by law.
7. How to raise a dispute
To open a dispute, email us at soporte@therushbee.com from the address linked to your account, including the information needed to identify the case (sale or trade ID, screenshots and, where relevant, your Steam trade history). We will acknowledge receipt and review your request as soon as possible; if approved, the corresponding payment will be issued to your configured payout method.
8. Responsible entity and jurisdiction
The purchasing entity is TheRushBee LLC. This policy is governed by Wyoming law and disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Wyoming, subject to any mandatory rules applicable to the user. Before a formal claim, we will try to resolve the issue in good faith through support.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect legal, technical, or service changes. We will publish the new date and communicate material changes. An update will not retroactively change the amount or rules of a confirmed sale unless required by law, security needs, or Steam's rules.
