Refund Policy
When a sale is cancelled and how we handle payout disputes on TheRushBee.
Last updated: June 11, 2026
This is a preliminary version of our Refund Policy pending legal review. Some points —such as the responsible entity and the applicable jurisdiction— will be finalised in the definitive version, to be published soon.
1. Nature of the service
TheRushBee buys Counter-Strike 2 items (skins) from our users in exchange for a payment. In other words, you are the one selling and getting paid: you do not make any purchase or payment through the Platform. For that reason there are no "purchase refunds" in the usual sense; this policy governs the cancellation of sales and disputes related to your payout.
2. Cancelling a sale
You can cancel a sale as long as you have not sent the Steam trade. Once the item has been sent, during Steam's Trade Protection period (8 days) either party can reverse the trade: in that case the sale is cancelled, the item returns to your inventory and no payment is generated. Reversing trades repeatedly may lead to restrictions on your account.
3. Payout disputes
If a sale completes correctly but you do not receive the payment, or the amount paid does not match the one shown when you confirmed the sale, you can open a dispute following the process below. We will review the case and, if the error is on our side, pay the difference or the outstanding amount to your configured payout method.
4. Amounts and fees
The amount you receive is the price shown at the time of the sale minus our service fee, which is always displayed before you confirm. Payments are made to your configured payout method (bank transfer or cryptocurrency). Differences arising from exchange rates or from network or bank fees outside of TheRushBee's control are not covered by this policy.
5. What is not covered
A sale that has already been completed and paid is not reversed or "refunded": once the payment is released after the Trade Protection period, the sale is final. We are also not responsible for items affected by bans, locks or restrictions imposed by Steam after the sale, nor for cancellations resulting from false information provided by the seller.
6. Dispute window
Any dispute relating to a sale or its payment must be raised within seven (7) calendar days of the sale date. After that period, the sale and its payment will be considered correct and final.
7. How to raise a dispute
To open a dispute, email us at support@therushbee.com from the address linked to your account, including the information needed to identify the case (sale or trade ID, screenshots and, where relevant, your Steam trade history). We will acknowledge receipt and review your request as soon as possible; if approved, the corresponding payment will be issued to your configured payout method.
8. Responsible entity and jurisdiction
The entity responsible for TheRushBee and the law and jurisdiction applicable to any dispute arising from this policy will be finalised in the definitive version, pending legal review. Nothing in this policy affects any rights granted to you on a mandatory basis under applicable law.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If the changes are significant, we will notify you by email or within the Platform.
10. Contact
